If there's a particular type of food you're craving, chances are you'll find on Auckland's Elliot Street.

But its status as Tamaki Makarau's culinary star isn't new.

Elliott Street has been a place of gathering food for nearly five centuries according to archealogists.

Taurima is a series of floating neon installations and is the work of artists Lissy and Rudi Robinson-Cole.
