Labour's leader Chris Hipkins is painting National, ACT and New Zealand First as a "coalition of fear".
In a speech yesterday, Hipkins ruled out working with those parties, saying they would deliver "cuts, chaos and confusion".
But he did say Labour would work with the Greens and Te Pāti Māori in Government.
