A newly released report shows mistrust running deep among Hawke's Bay doctors over how IT systems have been reporting back on vital medical scans.
The report from International Accreditation NZ reveals 15 serious risks it found at Hastings hospital's radiology department.
It included IT gaps that critical results about patient health have slipped through.
