The first police officers inside Al Noor mosque after the 2019 Christchurch terror attacks say they did not have the staff or the medical supplies to properly begin treating and removing badly injured victims.
Reporter Niva Chittock was in court as they gave statements to the inquest for the 51 worshippers who were killed.
