Labour Leader Chris Hipkins has opened the door to campaigning on a capital gains and wealth tax in 2026.
Hipkins unequivocally ruled out doing so ahead of this year's election, exposing clear frustration within Labour's caucus.
But following his party's resounding election loss, Hipkins says every policy is back on the table.
