The Prime Minister has returned from Sydney, using stronger language on defence and the nuclear security pact between Australia, UK and the United States.
Christopher Luxon says New Zealand is 'exploring' joining the non-nuclear part of the AUKUS agreement and wants New Zealand to do its share of 'heavy lifting' in its alliance with Australia.
