The Labour Party is slamming the government's mini-Budget for a lack of detail on the delivery of promised tax cuts.
It came alongside Treasury's half-year update, which showed the country's economic situation is worse than predicted before the election.
Finance Minister Nicola Willis says the government will get the planned tax cuts over the line, but is changing the ways they are funded.
