Teachers say they are overwhelmed and need clearer direction about how to teach the new Aotearoa New Zealand Histories Curriculum
The curriculum was introduced for all students from years one to ten at the start of last year.
The Education Review Office report came out today and as well as teacher concerns it reports only half their pupils are enjoying it.
