Michael Glading is not your 'run of the mill' bean-counting record label Manager, he's always been passionate about New Zealand music, and throughout his stewardship of Sony Records New Zealand has put his company's money where his company's mouth is. He has been actively involved in signing and nurturing an impressive local roster including: Brooke Fraser, Bic Runga, Dave Dobbyn, Che Fu and Shona Laing.
