Musical Chairs - Splore (Part One)

Splore 06 was a three day multi-discipline arts and music festival, melding a strong music line-up together with visual arts, performance art, workshops and film screenings. This year was in the idyllic Tapapakanga Regional Park, at the edge of the Firth of Thames. New Zealand acts included multi-award winning Wellington band Fat Freddy's Drop, electronica duo Pitch Black , Kora, Module, Ladi6, Whirimako Black, Hollie Smith, Little Bushmen, plus a whole host of DJs who kept the music going through the night and into the morning.
