Chico Mann

Marcos Garcia is a born and bred Latino New Yorker, multi instrumentalist and producer who is still the guitarist for Brooklyn-based afrobeat band Antibalas. In recent times Marcos has reinvented himself as Chico Mann. His album 'Analogue Drift' spans retro analogue and electro free-style. As Trevor Reekie finds out Chico believes "the most important thing is to base art in a tradition".
