Speed and badly designed cycle lanes

How fast we should be able to drive on motorways and are we sick of people toddling along at 70km an hour? Then there are the seemingly random speed limits like the one around the Waterview Tunnel.And don't get us started about the apparent haphazard design of cycle lanes...
