Hospital parking rates

Increased car parking rates are taking their toll on visitors to Auckland's Middlemore Hospital.The fees were hiked by 10 per cent last month by at the car park that's managed by Secure Parking and owned by ACC. What is fair when it comes to paying for hospital parking?
